Belgium based landscape architect and consultant Denis Dujardin is the creative force behind over 400 projects at home and abroad. As a plantsman , artist and technician, he draws upon his deep knowledge of plants to deliver both beautiful and practical contemporary designs. An understanding of, and careful consideration to urbanism is key to creating future proof spaces that work for people, support biodiversity and maximise ecosystem services.
His ever expanding plant palette allows him to meet the demands of urban spaces as ‘nature provides a solution’.
Denis teaches on contemporary landscape design at Séminaire des Paysages Actuels the University of Louvain-la-Neuve, Faculty of Architecture in Brussels. He is guest professor and lecturer in the departments of Architecture and Urbanism in a number of schools and universities in Belgium and neighbouring countries.
His knowledge and experience is invaluable to the collective breeding and selecting the Urbaflora® range of landscape plants.
