Ranunculus

Superb strains of florist quality Ranunculus from France and Holland, achieving excellent flower quality, vase life and stem length.

The popularity of this brightly coloured Spring flower grows year on year as little else can rival such a vibrant bloom. High yielding, the flower quality and richness of colour allows you, our customer, to charge a premium for cut flower stems.
We receive a shipment annually, in September and redistribute throughout the UK.
The claw-like tubers are planted 25cm apart in September/October for flowering March/April under cold glass or polythene structures. Many colours available and they can be grown without heat.
Adequate nutrition along with a cultural and spray programme to prevent mildew finds Ranunculus relatively trouble free.
French Ranunculus are sold in multiples of 500 and Dutch Butterfly Ranunculus in multiples of 100.
